Gursharan Sidhu is passionate about helped SAAS and AI companies ramp to over  $10 Million ARR. His experience growing management teams and operational teams have helped companies raise millions of dollars and achieve success.

Prior to Rated R Group, Gursharan spent 3 years as Country Manager at Findability Sciences, a Boston based AI SaaS company backed by SoftBank.  There he helped clients in Digital Transformation focusing on cloud and Artificial Intelligence, created economic impact of $35M+ USD for companies in Mining, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail and Healthcare.

During this time, Findability Sciences was named:

- Fast Company World Changing Ideas in AI category
- Financial times fastest growing 500 in 2021
- Inc. 500 in 2020
